the new Laura has come in with three engine variants, namely the 1.8 TSI Manual Transmission which is available only in the Ambiente trim, 1.9 TDI PD in Manual & Automatic Transmission is available both as in Ambiente and Elegance trims and 2.0 TDI PD in Automatic Transmission which will be the top line L&K trim.It has a redesigned nose with larger, more prominent headlamps, a new bumper and restyled grille. Even the bonnet has been reshaped slightly to give it a bolder profile, adding strength to the design. The tail-lights have been subtly restyled, but the illuminated ‘C’ visual remains, making the car instantly recognisable at night. There are additional reflectors in the rear bumper to aid visibility when parked. Redesigned alloy wheels complete the look. The Laura now has larger wing mirrors which also have a heating function to prevent fogging - useful during the Indian monsoon.

Precisely the reasons why the Fabia is doing so well for itself; while occupying not much more real estate than a conventional hatch she’s positively lavish on interior space, rides better than most big cars and with fantastic build and equipment she pampers you like no hatchback ever has.
